Surfacing the solutions within you.

You already hold the answers — counselling helps bring them forward and turn insight into action. At LISAN Counselling we combine attentive listening, thoughtful challenge, and evidence‑informed strategies to create forward momentum. In listening we support you in noticing patterns in the stories you share, and then gently challenge you to deepen reflection.

Together we build practical skills that equip you to take meaningful next steps. The aim: curiosity, clarity, and confidence. Counselling as the foundation for lasting independence.

Whether you are a child, teen, adult or senior, your grief, loss, worry, anger and sadness are as individual as you. Each of us has our own unique path to healing. We are here to open the door.
